Reminder: Alumni Trustee Ballots to be sent via email starting April 10

Beginning on April 10, election ballots are automatically sent if:

  • You are a Penn State alumnus/alumna;
  • and we have a valid email address on file;
  • and you have not otherwise opted out of Penn State communications.

Those alumni who have requested a ballot in the Nomination Phase of the election process do not need to request an election ballot. It will automaticallybe sent to you beginning on April 10Undergraduate students who are currently enrolled at the University are not eligible to participate in the election. If you do not meet the above criteria, you must request a ballot. After you have submitted your request, please allow a 24-hour response time. Forms will be processed Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern). Upon qualification of your alumni record, a ballot link and credentials will be sent to you via e-mail from PSU Elections@votenet.com. Be sure to check your SPAM and JUNK MAIL folders. The election phase continues until 9:00 a.m. (Eastern) on May 7.
