Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship acknowledges the statement by Dr. Barron, signed off on by BOT Chairman Masser, calling the secret NCAA emails confirming a conspiracy to impose illegal sanctions on Penn State “deeply disturbing.” Unfortunately, this statement comes two years too late.
